Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging.
Returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items or discounted products.
Custom or made-to-order items.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 346 4644114 or email harramcollections@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and clear pictures (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, we will share return shipping instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash (customer will need to provide account details).
We only replace items if they are:
Defective
Damaged
Sent incorrectly
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
After this time, we begin processing your order, and it may not be possible to cancel.
